How do I add an additional card holder to my credit card?
Additional cardholders must be UK residents and 18 years old or over. You can request an application form to add an additional cardholder to your credit card by contacting us via:
Mobile banking app
- Log in to your Ulster Bank mobile banking app
- Select your credit card
- In the 'Manage My Card' section select 'Add an Additional Cardholder' from the menu
- Enter the name and contact details of the person that you would like to add to your account, and we will send them an invite to complete their part of the application. Please note that your proposed Additional Cardholder will also be asked to upload a valid photo ID and selfie to verify their identity
Anytime Internet Banking
You are able to request an additional card holder for your credit card using Anytime Internet Banking.
- Log in to Anytime Internet Banking at www.anytimebanking.ulsterbank.co.uk (opens in a new window)
- Select 'Cards' from the main menu
- If you haven't already added your Ulster Bank credit card to Anytime Internet Banking you can do that by selecting 'Add it to Anytime Banking'
- Once you've added your credit card or if it's already added, under 'Manage your personal credit card', select 'Add a second card holder' and enter last 4 digits of your credit card
- Select ‘Submit’ and a letter should arrive within 3 working days asking for information about the additional cardholder
- Return the completed form to: PO Box 5747, Southend-on-Sea, SS1 9AJ
