We’re carrying out some essential behind the scenes changes to Bankline

When will Bankline be unavailable?

  • From 00.01AM until 11AM on Sunday 12th July.
  • In some cases, this may extend to no later than 7PM on Sunday 12th July.

If you see the service unavailable message (or receive an error message) when logging on outside of these times, please clear your browser’s cache and cookies before trying again.

Anytime & Mobile Banking

We're carrying out essential maintenance and some services may be temporarily unavailable.

  • From 11pm on 11 July to 11.20am on 12 July, the Mailbox and Statements service will be unavailable.
  • From midnight to noon on 12 July, some Anytime Banking services, including services that require a card reader, may be unavailable. If you're registered for biometrics (face or voice recognition), you can use the Mobile App as an alternative. To register, go to Settings in the app.
  • From 2am to 7am on 12 July, credit card information won't be available in Anytime Banking or the Mobile App. You can still use your credit card as normal during this time.

Service update

To ensure that we continue to provide you with a reliable service we will be carrying out essential maintenance to our Cash Machines for approximately 5 hours between 1am and 6am on Friday 10th July 2026. This means that during this time access to cash and all other services will be unavailable at our ATMs.

  • Debit card holders will not be able to use cash machines of other financial institutions.

  • Credit card holders will be able to use cash machines of other financial institutions.

  • ‘Emergency Cash’ and ‘Get Cash’ facilities cannot be used during this time. PINs issued before or during this period may still be used but will only be available for their normal 3 hour lifespan. They cannot be re-issued or extended so you should time your visit to the machine you have chosen to avoid the period of the outage.
