The Aviva Claims team will register your claim straight away, answer any queries you may have and provide you with full details on how the process will work.

Please also note that the transfer of policies from Aviva Protection UK Limited to Aviva Life & Pensions UK Limited has been approved by the High Court, the Royal Court of Jersey and the Royal Court of Guernsey and is scheduled to take effect on 31 December 2025.
