Planned System Updates
In order to keep our systems up to date, we sometimes need to carry out essential maintenance. So that we don't cause you too much disruption, we do this in the early hours of the morning from 01:55 to 02:30.
When we have essential maintenance planned outside of these times, we will update the information below with the specific times and services affected. We are sorry for any disruption that this may cause you.

Service update
To ensure we continue to provide you with a reliable service, we will be carrying out routine maintenance from approximately 02:20 until approximately 04:20 this Sunday 6th July.
This means that our Mobile Banking will be unavailable during these times. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this will cause and thank you for your patience.
Anytime Banking
Service update
To ensure we continue to provide you with a reliable service, we will be carrying out routine maintenance from approximately 01:30 until approximately 05:35 this Sunday 6th July.
This means that our Anytime Banking service will be unavailable during these times. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this will cause and thank you for your patience.

ATM
Service update
Ulster Bank cash machines will be undergoing routine maintenance between 01:15 and 01:45 on Sunday 6th July. Customers will experience an outage of 15 mins of the ATM service during these times.
When an outage occurs this means:
Access to cash will not be available at the NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland, Ulster Bank & Tesco ATMs impacted by this change.
Ulster Bank Debit card holders will not be able to use the cash machines of other financial institutions.
Telephone Services
Service disruption
Some of our customers are experiencing issues when trying to call us and call wait times are much longer than usual. We're working to fix this as fast as possible. Our mobile app and Anytime Banking are working just fine though. We recommend waiting until we update you that our phones are working again, or using our other services in the meantime.
