Ever got to the end of a month and wondered where your money went? Well wonder no more. Our free expense tracker feature ‘Spending’ within the app helps you manage your money, by categorising your spend and surfacing personalised highlights. You can even set targets with our budgeting tool.

Read all about it. Your Highlights give you a personalised view into your spending and how you’re doing against the budgets you’ve set throughout the month.

This little bit of genius categorises your expenses into 12 categories such as Bills, to help you understand where your money goes.

To get started you'll need our Banking app
If you don't already have our Mobile Banking app, you'll need to download it to get started.
Follow these three simple steps to get setup

Log in to your Ulster Bank Mobile Banking app and tap Spending from the options along the bottom of the screen

Select which accounts you'd like to include in your Spending view and choose the date you'd like your month to start, for example your payday

Set up your categories for the transactions shown on screen
Congratulations, you will now be set up for Spending in your app.
Check your credit score
You can check your credit score quickly and easily on our app. This is one of the factors lenders can use to decide whether to offer you products such as credit cards, loans and mortgages.
Your credit score will be available once you opt in through the app, for customers aged 18+, with a UK address and is provided by TransUnion
