How do I pay my credit card using the mobile app?
To transfer from your Ulster Bank Current account to your credit card on the mobile app you will need to:
- Tap ‘Credit Card’ from the home screen
- Tap "Pay my card" where you will see the last statement balance / minimum payment / next payment due date and option to pay by Direct Debit
- Tap "Pay my card" at the bottom of the screen
- Make sure the account displayed is set to the account the customer wants to transfer funds to their credit card from. Customers can swipe to change accounts or tap 'Change account'.
- Tap the correct account displayed to transfer funds to their credit card from
- Select Full Statement Amount, Minimum payment, or Other amount and enter the amount of the transfer.
- Pick a future payment date or Send Now
- Tap "Review payment"
- Review payment details and tap on 'Confirm"'
If you have chosen "Pay with another UK bank account" option, you will be re-directed to a browser where you can select the bank you would like to pay from the list provided and follow on screen instructions.
The payment will reach the account within 15 minutes, you may need to log back in to see it. Please also note that if you miss a payment, we'll send you a payment reminder on the day your payment is due.
