You can now request a contactless Debit Card if you have a basic Foundation or Adapt account to make contact free purchases. To do this, you can call us on 03457 424 365 (Relay UK: 18001 03457 424 365).

Protecting against financial abuse

Financial abuse (also referred to as economic abuse) can take a variety of different forms. It might be financial control, exploitation or sabotage. It can happen in a range of different relationships, for instance, with partners, family members, or carers. Financial abuse could happen to anyone. Need a little breathing space for your finances? You can apply for an overdraft (subject to credit review and approval) or change your existing limit here. Overdrafts are available to UK residents aged 18 or over.
