If you’ve missed a payment on your loan, mortgage or credit card (or you know you’re about to) please tell us ASAP. The same goes if you’re struggling to pay off your overdraft – the sooner you let us know, the sooner we can try to help you sort things out.

How to pay

You can pay using your mobile app. Select the loan account you’ve missed a payment for and then choose the option ‘Pay my arrears’.

Or you can pay by credit or debit card by selecting 'Pay now' below. To complete the payment, enter your loan account details and the outstanding amount. It can take up to five days for the payment to be processed.

How to pay

You can pay using your mobile app. Select the credit card you’ve missed a payment for, then choose the option ‘Pay my card’ and follow the instructions.

You can also pay via Anytime Banking by selecting ‘Pay credit card’ on the right-hand side of your credit card account info. You can click the button below to log in.

How to pay

You can make this payment through your mobile app: Log into the NatWest app and tap on the account you want to transfer the money from, then ‘make a transfer’ and select your overdraft account.


You can also do this via Anytime Banking by selecting “Make a payment” on the right hand side of your current account information.
