Will I be impacted by UK Crown Dependencies and Overseas Territories?

As part of the agreement between The Crown Dependencies, the British Overseas Territories and the UK Government, Ulster Bank is required to write to certain customers who might currently be or have been UK taxpayers to draw their attention to the presence of the disclosure facilities.

There is a further requirement for another written reminder regarding the presence of the facilities in March 2016.
