What is the Emergency Cash service?
If your debit card is lost or stolen, you may be able to use our Emergency Cash service to access money from your account without needing your card.
Who Can Use This Service?
To be eligible for Emergency Cash, you must:
- Be located within the UK
- Have at least £25 available in your account
- Withdraw cash from an Ulster Bank EasyCash, Royal Bank of Scotland or NatWest ATM/Cash Machine
- Report your card as lost or stolen by phone (this service is not available if you cancel your card online)
How Much Can I Withdraw?
- You can withdraw up to £60
- You must have the full amount available in your account before withdrawal
How It Works
- Call our Card Loss Centre to report your card lost or stolen.
- Answer a few quick security questions.
- We’ll provide a security code.
- Use the code at a participating cash machine to withdraw your money.
