Where do I find contact numbers in the mobile banking app?

Contact numbers are available via Cora, your AI Assistant. Simply open the help menu in the app and tap on "Chat to Cora", this will open a chat with Cora, where you can ask her a question.

If Cora cannot answer your query, you will either be directed through to a messaging agent or provided with a contact number.
