Where do I find contact numbers in the mobile banking app?

Android customers

Contact numbers are available via CORA, our 24/7 digital assistant. Simply open the help menu in the app and tap on "Chat to Cora", this will open a chat with Cora, where you can ask her a question.

If Cora cannot answer your query, you will either be directed through to a messaging agent or provided with a contact number.

iOS Customers

Go to the help menu and tap on 'Contact us'.
