How can I check my recent International Payments?

Recent payments

A recent payment is a payment which has already be debited from your account.

You will see any international payments you have made in the last 6 months by selecting the 'View recent payments' option in the 'International payments' section of either the 'Payments & transfers' page when using Online Banking or within 'Send Money/Make a payment' in Mobile Banking App. Other previous payments can be viewed within 'Statements & transactions'.

Scheduled payments

Using Online Banking, select 'Payments & transfers' from the main menu. From the 'International payments' section select ' Manage scheduled payments'. This will show you which payments are still pending to be paid.

Using the Mobile Banking App, select the ' Manage scheduled payments' option in the 'International payments' section of the 'Send Money/Make a payment' screen. This will show you which payments are still pending to be paid.

  • Pending

Your payment is due to be sent. If the payment can be cancelled, the option to cancel will be displayed in manage scheduled payments.

  • Processing

You have initiated the payment and it is being processed. The payment can not be amended or cancelled

  • Rejected

Your payment has failed to be processed.. Funds will not have been debited from the account

  • Cancelled

You have cancelled the future dated payment

  • Expired

We have not been able to obtain the required information to process the payment. Funds will not have been debited from your account

Fees when receiving International payments

Some International payments incur a fee to be paid by the recipient. If a fee is applicable, you will see the payment amount received and the fee shown as two separate lines on your statement. Previously, only one payment amount was shown which was the payment received with the fee already deducted.

More information on fees for International payments can be found in the ‘How Much Will it Cost?’ section of the sending money abroad page.
