Why isn't my software package listed for downloading an online statement?

Currently you can download your statements to the following software packages:

• Microsoft Money (OFX file)
  
• Microsoft Excel Lotus 123 Text (CSV file)

Unfortunately, if your software package is not listed it may not accept the file formats currently offered by our service.
