Will there be any changes to the way that unpaid cheques are described on my account or paper statements?
Yes, there'll be a small change to how cheques which have been paid in and subsequently returned unpaid are described.
Image cleared cheques will show the reference UNPD CQ, rather than UNPD CHQ. This reference will also include the reason that the cheque was returned unpaid.
