Why have I received a message on my mobile app for my credit card?

There are 2 different alert messages you might receive. These are;

• Make a Payment: You will receive this message if you have exceeded your credit limit or missed a minimum payment
• Update Your Address: If we have received returned post

Each message will provide you with further details on what steps you need to take.
