Is there a cut off point to cancel or amend a credit card payment?

Scheduled payments made using Anytime Internet Banking can be cancelled or amended up to 6.20pm (UK time) on the working day before the payment is due to be made.

If you have set up a scheduled payment at a branch, it will not appear in Anytime Internet Banking. Please contact a branch if you wish to amend or cancel any such payment.
