How do I request a PIN reminder for my credit card?
Mobile app
- Log in to the mobile app and select your credit card.
- Tap 'Manage Cards' and select 'PIN services'.
- Tap 'See PIN' and follow the on-screen instructions to see your credit card PIN.
There may be occasions where we're unable to show you the PIN in the mobile app, you would be able to request a 'PIN reminder' via the post.
Anytime Internet Banking
If you have added your credit card to Anytime Internet Banking select your credit card from the account picker then select 'Get a PIN reminder' from the menu.
You will also be able to set up a Direct Debit, add an additional card holder and update the email address associated with your credit card.
