How can I confirm my credit card statement is set for paperless?

Please log into your mobile app or Anytime Internet Banking and check your paperless setting under "Settings".

Mobile app

1. You can choose your statement preferences in the mobile app.
2. Once logged in to the app, select 'My profile', then select 'Paperless Settings', and choose the 'online’ option under Statements for your selected credit card.
3. Agree to paperless statements by pressing ‘I agree’, then follow the instructions.
