I don't recognise a direct debit, what can I do?

Check our Merchant list to identify any direct debits that seem unfamiliar or unexpected

Trading names may not align with your expectations, for instance NW Card Services is NatWest Credit cards 

 

If you're still unsure, view your Direct Debit through your mobile app or online banking
