You have been identified as a customer enrolled for these alerts by text and e-mail. As text is the method the regulator has asked us to use to inform you of an unarranged position/an item will not be paid, we will be turning off your e-mail Act Now Alerts.
What if I want to keep getting e-mail Act Now Alerts?
You can, once we have turned these off, use Anytime Internet Banking, via 'message us' in the mobile app, by calling us or at your local branch, select how you wish to receive your alerts.
