Is there a payment limit when making an international payment to a new payee using the mobile app?

Yes, there is a limit on paying someone new.

If you have registered your biometrics with the Bank, you can use the mobile app to make an international payment to a new payee up to the daily limit of £20,000.00 GBP (Euro equivalent for ROI).

If you have not yet registered your biometrics with the Bank you can make an international payment to a new payee up to £750, (a maximum of 5 payments totalling £750 per day). This is a combined limit with any other payments you make using the mobile app.
