Which PIN do I enter into the card-reader?

When using a card reader, you must enter the four-digit PIN for the card that is currently inserted into the device.

 

Using a debit card

 

Use the same PIN you would normally enter when using this debit card at a cash machine or when paying a retailer.

 

Using an Anytime Internet Banking card

 

Anytime Internet Banking cards are designed solely for use with a card reader. You will have received the PIN for this card in a separate letter when the card was issued.
