What do I do if I've blocked my credit card PIN?

If you use the mobile app, you can unblock the Pin number for your credit card from there. Just tap on your credit card from the main page, go to ‘Manage my card’ then tap ‘Pin services’.

If you don't have our app, you will need to call our Credit Card Helpdesk to remove the block on the PIN. A PIN reminder letter will be posted to you automatically.

After you have called us you will need to:

  1. Visit any NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland (In Scotland) or Ulster Bank cash machine
  2. Insert your card and enter your PIN
  3. Select 'Other Services' and then 'Unblock PIN'

You will then be able to use your card & PIN.
