I've forgotten my credit card PIN, what should I do?

If you've forgotten your Ulster Bank credit card PIN, you can now view your PIN in the mobile app.

Mobile App

1. Log in to the mobile app and select your credit card
2. Tap 'Manage Cards' and select 'PIN services'
3. Tap 'See PIN' and follow the on-screen instructions to see your credit card PIN

There may be occasions where we're unable to show you the PIN in the mobile app, you would be able to request a 'PIN reminder' via the post.

Anytime Internet Banking

If you use Anytime Internet Banking to check your credit card, you can request a PIN reminder online.

1. Log in to Anytime Internet Banking - anytimebanking.ulsterbank.co.uk (opens in a new window)
2. Select 'Cards' from the main menu
3. Select your credit card from the account picker then select 'Get a PIN reminder' from the menu
4. This will open a form in a new window, enter the last 4 digits from your card
5. Select 'Submit' and one will be sent to you within 10 working days via post

If you don't have access to Anytime Internet Banking and you have forgotten the PIN for your credit card please call the number on the back of your credit card. Calls may be recorded.
