Why is my mobile app not loading while using WiFi?

On occasion, WiFi connection may not allow all details to load on the app. Please close the app, switch your WiFi off and connect to 3G/4G to allow all details to load.

If this does not resolve the issue please switch your phone off and back on and restart the app using 3G/4G.
