Why does my card-reader display a Secure Code?
If your card-reader displays a 'SECURE CODE', but you have not yet entered the authorisation number displayed in 'step 4' you have pressed the 'Identify' button on the card-reader by mistake.
Please remove your card from the reader and start the process again. When the card-reader displays the message 'SELECT FUNCTION', ensure you press the respond button, the one with two arrows on it.
