Why are we making changes to the interest information on Savings accounts?

Our Savings accounts have tiered interest rates so it can be difficult for customers to know the exact rate they are earning on their account. We are now showing the interest rate on paper statements, Mobile, Anytime Internet Banking and online statements so customers can clearly see the interest rate based on their account balance.
