Video Banking is a service where you can speak to us about our range of products and get a free face-to-face Financial Health Check wherever you are, at a time that best suits you using your smartphone, tablet or computer.

Video Banking is confidential and secure, it is available to all Ulster Bank personal customers.

Video Banking calls are provided through Zoom and are free of charge via Wi-Fi. If you complete the call without Wi-Fi your mobile data will be used which may be chargeable.
