What happens if the Bank tries to contact me about something important, but some of my contact details held by the Bank are out of date or invalid?

If we are unable to contact you via a particular channel in the first instance, then we will always attempt to follow up by sending any important communications via alternative channels. Where this is not possible, we will attempt contact via other means to advise you to update your details.
