What device do I need to use Video Banking?

What you'll need:

  • A device with a camera or webcam
  • A connection to the Internet
  • A private, comfortable space where you won’t be overheard

For a booked appointment

If your device uses apps, you will need to download the Zoom app using the link provided in the booking email. If your device doesn’t use apps, you don’t need to download anything.

For talking to a Video Banker instantly

You don't need to download anything. Only certain devices and browsers are currently supported for this service e.g. if you are an Apple user you would need to download Chrome browser so a booked appointment may be preferable.

Browsers supported - Chrome, Edge and Firefox.
