Applying for a customer number is necessary to gain access to your account(s) online, as the customer number is used in conjunction with a PIN and password during the Anytime Internet Banking login process.

To apply for a customer number, simply set up Anytime Internet Banking (opens in a new window).

Your customer number starts with your date of birth - (ddmmyy) followed by up to 4 digits.
