A change in the customer's balance has moved them into a different tier. Why is the old interest rate displaying?

If there is a delay in the nightly batches that apply and capture interest, the mobile app and online banking will display a day old rate from mid November 2019. This will only impact the customer if a change in their balance has moved them into a new interest rate tier during this period.
