How do I navigate to different payment types within the mobile app?

Tap ‘Payments’ on the bottom of the home screen

  • Tap on 'Send money' to make a payment to a new or existing payee, Pay Your Contacts and send money abroad
  • Tap on 'Transfer money' to transfer funds between your accounts held with Ulster Bank
  • Tap on 'Request money' to send a payment request via link or QR code
  • Tap on 'Regular payments' to view and manage your direct debits and standing orders
  • Tap on 'Payment settings' to manage your payees, set your payments limits, view any payments you have sent as a link and manage your scheduled payments and third party permissions
  • Tap on 'Security profile' to protect your accounts

Make sure the account shown is set to the account where you want to make a payment or transfer from. You can swipe to change accounts or tap 'Change account'.
