My card-reader screen is blank or won't turn on, what should I do?

Your card reader should turn on automatically when you insert your card. If it doesn't, try the following:

• Make sure you have removed the clear plastic strip in order to activate the batteries.
• Press the ON/OFF button if your card reader has one.
• If this doesn't work, or your card reader doesn't have an ON/OFF button, press the reset button on the back.

If you're still having problems with the card reader, please order a new one in Anytime Internet Banking.
