How do I order a new, replacement or additional card-reader?

If you have never ordered a card reader, or if your existing card reader is lost, damaged, or has no battery power, you can request a new one through Anytime Internet Banking. Your replacement will usually arrive within 3–5 working days, but please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

To order a card reader:

  1. Log in to Anytime Internet Banking at www.anytimebanking.ulsterbank.co.uk/login (opens in a new window).
  2. From the menu, select 'Security'.
  3. Under 'Using a card reader', choose 'Order a card reader'.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your order.
