Why is my card-reader displaying 'ENTER AMOUNT'?

If your card-reader displays the message 'ENTER AMOUNT' you have pressed the card-readers' Sign button by mistake.

Please remove your card from the reader and start the process again. When the card-reader displays the message 'SELECT FUNCTION', ensure you press the Respond button, the one with two arrows on it.
