Why can't I see my Annual summary?
There are several reasons why your Annual Summary may not be available:
Common Reasons
- Your account is less than one year old.
Annual Summaries are only produced after your account has been open for a full year.
- Your account type doesn’t offer Annual Summaries.
Annual Summaries are only available for personal current accounts.
- Your account anniversary hasn’t arrived yet.
The Annual Summary is generated on the anniversary of when your account was opened. If you have multiple accounts, their anniversaries may differ.
Viewing Your Annual Summary Online
If an Annual summary is available for your current account(s) you can view it on Anytime Internet Banking by following these steps:
- Log in to Anytime Internet Banking at www.anytimebanking.ulsterbank.co.uk/login (opens in a new window)
- Select ‘Statements’ from the main menu.
- Under ‘Your accounts’, choose ‘View, save and print PDF statements (up to 7 years)’.
- Select the account you want to view and click ‘Next’.
- Choose the Annual Summary and then select ‘View Statement’.
