Withdraw up to £130 every 24 hours at NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland (in Scotland), Ulster Bank NI and Tesco ATMs. You must have at least £10 available in your account and an active debit card (locked or unlocked).

Paying someone new without a card reader
You must be aged 13+ to make a payment.

For customers aged 13-15, the limit is £30 per day.

For customers aged 16+, there is a maximum of 5 payments totalling £1,000 per day.

You must be aged 13+ to make a payment.

For customers aged 13-15, you can make payments totalling no more than £30 per day.

For customers aged 16+, you can make a maximum of 20 payments totalling no more than £250 per day. Pay anyone who uses the 'Paym' service. You must be aged 16 or over and registered to Paym.

PayMe – Ask for Payment
Available to mobile app customers. PayMe requests can be made from eligible current accounts only. £250 limit per request. PayMe requests can be sent to anyone with an eligible account with a participating UK bank and uses online or mobile banking. Paying bank criteria and limits may apply.

Cancelling Direct Debits
To cancel a Direct Debit using the mobile app you have until 8:20pm (UK time) on the day the payment is due. At or after 8:20pm (UK time), the payment due on that day will have been taken and we will not be able to retrieve it.

Cancelling or amending a standing order
To cancel or amend a standing order from within the app you must give two working days notice.

Spending Tool
You must be aged 16+. Only available for Personal and Premier accounts.

Carbon Tracker (in Spending tool)
Carbon Footprint Tracker is within the Spending feature in our app. Spending available to customers aged 16+ who have a Personal or Premier account with us.

Savings Goal
Eligible instant access savings account required.

Managing Receipts (business customers only)
Available to Business Banking customers only. Available on iOS 11 or above for Apple devices and Android 6 and above for Android devices.

My Loyalty Cards
My Loyalty Cards is available to customers aged 18+.

Biometric Approval
Biometric approval is available to eligible app customers aged 16 or over.

Know My Credit Score
Credit score available once opted in through the app to customers aged 18+ with a UK address and is provided by TransUnion.

Creating a Travel Plan on your debit card
You can register one trip at a time. It can include up to seven countries and last 90 days. Register each country you are visiting. The marker will apply to all debit cards in your name. Joint account holders should register separately. 

Creating a Travel Plan on your credit card
You can register one trip at a time. It can include up to seven countries and last 90 days. Register each country you are visiting. You can add multiple trips and any trips created will be applied to any additional cardholders on your account.
