What are Digital Lessons?

Our Digital Lessons help you get started and build confidence with the Ulster Bank app or Anytime Banking at home.

App available to personal and business customers aged 11+ using compatible iOS and Android devices and a UK or international mobile number in specific countries.

Anytime Banking available to customers aged 11+ with an Ulster Bank account.

How to log in online and set up fingerprint or face ID on the app

Making payments and transfers

Managing standing orders and Direct Debits

How to use your card reader in Anytime Banking

How to approve using biometrics

Who are they for?

They're available to all Ulster Bank customers and are a great way to get you started and build confidence in using the Ulster Bank app or Anytime Banking by showing you how to use some of the most popular features to help you bank from home.

How do I sign up?

To sign up for a lesson, and choose a date and time that suits you, email us using the template here.

We use Zoom for safe and secure video calls. If you're joining on your phone or tablet, you'll need to download the Zoom app.

We'll send you an email with a link to the lesson and a text reminder an hour before it starts.

What do I need for Digital Lessons?

  • The Zoom app installed if you're using a mobile device
  • An internet connection
  • Access to an internet browser if joining from your laptop or PC
