Access to Anytime Banking

Your step-by-step guide:

You can view and search for transactions and statements that go back 7 years using Anytime Banking (as long as your account has been open throughout that period).

    Log in to Anytime Banking

  2. 02

    Select 'Statements' from the main menu and then 'View, save and print PDF statements and certificates of interest (up to 7 years)' from the 'Your accounts' section

  3. 03

    Select the account you want the statement for, and then 'Next'

  4. 04

    From the list of available statements select the one you need to print, and then 'View Statement'

  5. 05

    Select 'Download Statement (PDF)' at the start of the page if you want an electronic copy too


Custom account transactions
 

You can now create a custom-made PDF of your account transactions with Anytime Banking, making it quick and easy to keep track of what you’re spending and with whom.

Create a list of your transactions from your account history by searching between dates of your choice, or by filtering by specific transaction types or company name – you can then create a PDF of it.

If you need to order a statement going back more than 7 years you can order one by popping into your local branch.

  1. 01

    Head into a branch and bring your Ulster Bank card. To confirm your identity, we’ll ask you to enter your PIN.

  2. 02

    We can help you find a particular transaction by looking back through your records.

  3. 03

    We can order a copy to be sent in the post within 5 workingdays of ordering it. There are no charges for ordering statements under 10 years however there is a £3 charge for historic statements that are over 10 years.
