How to make a claim
Step 1: Ideally have your Insurance Policy reference number ready, don't worry if you can't find it though. It just makes the process a little quicker!
Step 2: Call the Ulster Bank Insurance Team, they are here to help! They will register your claim straight away and answer any queries you may have and take you through the whole process. There is a 24-hour emergency helpline available to our customers.
Please Note: If you’re claiming for something that has been stolen or vandalised, you should always report the incident to the police and gain a reference number for the crime.
