Know your administrators

Administrators are the people in your business who manage your Bankline profile. 

Some organisations have just one administrators, others have more. 

Knowing who your administrator is will be a huge help. We’re here to support too but they can help specifically with: 

  • Getting the items you need to log in.
  • Questions about how your business is set up and uses Bankline.
  • Questions about what roles and access levels you need.
  • Regaining access if you ever get locked out.  

Tip: Find out who your administrator is and make a note for future reference. That should be easy, because your administrator will be reaching out to share part of your log in details.

How to use the hub

  • Start by choosing the step you’re up to. 
  • You can stop whenever you like and pick up where you left off using the links above. 
  • In Step 2 you’ll be ready to log in. Have the hub open when you log in, so we can help you find your way around Bankline.  
  • If you come across a term you don’t understand, you can find explanations in the Jargon buster. You can also search our Bankline support pages.
