- Check opening times, and whether your branch is open on a Saturday, by using our branch locator.
- You can place an order up to seven business days in advance.
- You can’t collect an order on Bank Holidays.
- If the branch you’d like to collect from is not included on the list, please call us on 0345 366 5592.
- You can’t use the form below for making a cash withdrawal. If that’s what you need, get in touch with your usual bank point of contact or visit your local branch.
- If you wish to debit a business account for your change order, you will need to be an authorised party on the account.
- If you are a non-authorised party, please bring cash to the branch as the request to debit will be declined.
- This service is for business customers only.
