Our peer-to-peer coaching sessions are just the thing for high growth businesses looking to scale. With each session themed and facilitated by an expert Ulster Bank Acceleration Manager, they could bring clarity, action and perspective to your business.

To get involved, you’ll need at a minimum of two employees and to have been trading for at least 12 months.

You’ve built, grown and owned your business, but planning your next step is a big decision. What about saying goodbye to it? The Business Exit Programme set up by Coutts could support you to take the first steps. Their experts are sharing their knowledge on areas like selling your business, preparing to leave it, and tips to navigate your finances for free.

Tap into your businesses potential

Created for business owners, senior managers and leaders from all business sectors, this 90% government-funded 12 week course is run by leading business schools across the UK. It could help you develop strategies for growth and innovation to digital adoption. 

Your business will need to be an SME running for at least a year, employing between 5 and 249 people. And you must be a senior decision maker with at least 1 direct report. Only 1 person can attend per business.  After the 90% government funding the cost of the course is £750.
