Find onward support
The final step
Here, we’ll look to the future and help you get the very best from Bankline.
1. Check in with your team
Once you’ve had time to start using Bankline, we recommend arranging a quick check in with your administrator and team.
You could ask questions about how your team uses Bankline and cover things like:
- Are the roles and limits you’ve been given with working out?
- Any tips, ideas, or best practice to share.
- Should you be using the Bankline Mobile app?
- Security protocols and processes.
2. Security advice
We recommend signing up for our fraud awareness webinar.
It’s not Bankline specific, but it will help everyone in your team to be aware of common threats, like invoice redirection scams, and how to guard against them.
For general security advice and support you can visit our security centre for support.
The National Cyber Security Centre also has free resources for organisations of all sizes.
Bring your other Ulster Bank services together in Bankline
If you use other Ulster Bank services you may be able to connect some of them in Bankline. This means you could open them securely from your Bankline session, without needing an additional log-in step.
Currently you can connect your ClearSpend and Agile Markets accounts, and we’ll be adding more services and more integrated features over time.
Tell us what you think
We're always eager to hear your views about Bankline's features.
You’ll be helping us shape the future of Bankline, and making sure it works well for you and your team in the process.
If you have specific feedback you’d like to share, just drop us a line at banklinefeedback@ulsterbank.co.uk
