When you first log in you’ll find an empty profile to customise in the way that works for your business. Taking the time to set things up well will make managing your finances easier and more efficient. We’re here to help at every stage, with online support and live chat. 

Tip: Depending on your business, you might not need everything in this hub or every Bankline setting. Choose for yourself the level of detail that works.

How to use the hub

  • Follow the steps, and at each point we’ll provide relevant guidance and resources. 
  • You can stop whenever you like and pick up where you left off using the links in the steps above. 
  • In Step 1 you’ll find a workbook for noting down key info. This will be useful in later steps too.  
  • In Step 2 you’ll be ready to log in. Have the hub open when you log in, as we’ll help you get orientated and give you instructions on what to do next.
  • If you come across a term you don’t understand, you can find explanations in the Jargon buster
