Once your new users are logged in, help them get settled.
Make sure they understand the role you’ve assigned them and what they’ll be doing in Bankline. (This is what you agreed as a team in Step 1).
You can also direct them to the getting started hub for users.
Arrange a check-in
Give them time to start using Bankline, then check in to see that their roles and access are all working as expected.
A few days after first log in is a good time to reach out to see how they’re finding Bankline.
You may also want to come together as a team after you’ve been using Bankline for a week or two to assess things. Are the roles you’ve assigned and the payment limits and controls you’ve set up all working well? Any questions or tips to share? You can make adjustments if they’re needed at this point.
Tip: Ask new users to make a note of your details and those of any other administrators – so they know who to contact if they have questions about roles and access in future.
