John's passion is to help and serve customers and takes great pride in being able to give customers fraud prevention advice so they can help protect themselves.

John began his NatWest career in 2007 by joining the North of England Corporate Service Centre learning various operational processes. John then became a Commercial Assistant Relationship Manager in May 2015 and later joined the Fraud Awareness & Education team in November 2021.
