We are delighted to welcome back Paul Maskall from the UK Finance. Previously we have explored with Paul around culture, wellbeing and the psychology around fraud, but this time we will take a deep dive into Investment scams – which despite being perceived as a top scam threat to only ‘wealthy’ individuals is actually very prolific to businesses and all members of society.

Demonstrating how fraudsters operate from target individuals, using processes and culture in order to manipulate and exploit us, including:

Understanding and the psychological manipulation in investment scams
The role of cognitive biases in scams
Advice and guidance to protect ourselves
