For the Self Managed plan, there's no charge for employers.

For the Fully Managed plan, we charge a low, flat fee of just £27 per month plus VAT for employers. 

Employees who save into the pension pay a transparent fee, which includes two charges: a platform charge and a fund management charge.  

The platform charge is 0.54%. 

The fund management charge for employees using the NatWest Cushon Sustainable Investment strategy is 0.15% each year. Charges vary for members choosing their own investments from our self-select range.

This means that the total standard charge for employees is 0.69%.

We need information that you will already know about you and your organisation. This includes information about you, your organisation, who will be running your workplace pension and when you want it to start.

You’ll need to have a workplace pension in place by your ‘duties date’, which is the date your first member of staff starts work.

No. Our pensions work with any payroll system, so you don't need to change providers or buy any plugins.

Not everyone, but most will. By law, you need to automatically enrol employees who are aged 22 or over, earn more than £10,000 a year, and pay income tax in the UK.
